Perner & Associates is a law firm serving the Greater Chicagoland area.  

We represent clients in many legal areas, from real estate transactions to divorce and family law to drafting of wills and trusts. We specialize in criminal defense and DUI. We serve clients in Cook, Will, Kankakee and other collar counties. 

Emmet John Perner, Esq., grew up in Chicago and holds a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of UA Local 281.
